Governance
The Board of Directors is responsible for establishing the WCRA's policies and procedures, for overseeing the management of the association, and for retaining and directing its professional staff. Board membership is drawn from the business community, the insurance industry, organized labor, state government, and the public. State law specifies the composition of the Board, which includes:
