About Us
The WCRA prepares an annual report, which includes audited financial statements and a management discussion and analysis of the financial statements.

WCRA funds are invested in accordance with investment policies adopted by the WCRA Board of Directors. The investment program’s primary objective is to meet or exceed the target earnings expectation with an acceptable amount of volatility to help ensure the long-term availability of low‐cost, competitive, and stable reinsurance rates. Sufficient liquidity is maintained to meet claims and operational needs. The target asset allocation is 70 percent in domestic and international equities and 30 percent in debt-related investments, consisting of both public and private market investments.
